Robbie Williams' wife Ayda reveals star's jet-lag before daughter's role in Royal Wedding

X Factor judge Ayda, 39, and her famous husband, 44, are expected to make an appearance at the Royal Wedding tomorrow when Teddy performs her role in the bridal party.

However, just yesterday it appeared Robbie was struggling to keep his eyes open as he battled with jet-lag.

Ayda took to Instagram to share a hilarious video with her 419,000 followers, narrating as she showed them around their pad.

“Right, I’m going to see if Robbie Williams is still playing FIFA,” she told fans, opening a door to another room.

“He’s been in here all night long,” she continued, panning the camera around to show Robbie sat in an armchair, his feet on the coffee table and the game controller resting in his lap as he snoozed away.

“Is he still playing, are you still playing your — stop it!” Ayda exclaimed, clearly amused. “You’re kidding me.

“Babe, babe?” she said, laughing as Robbie began to slowly wake up, mumbling something under his breath. “You just fell asleep playing FIFA!”

Ayda captioned the video: “Jet-lag in full force @robbiewilliams #manchild #FIFA19 #thestruggleisreal.”

While Robbie will be hoping to have adjusted to the time difference by the time Princess Eugenie and her husband-to-be Jack’s big day arrives tomorrow, fans thought Ayda’s video was hysterical.

“That’s so funny bless him,” one commented,” while another said: “Haha that’s brilliant, poor Rob.”

Others were excited to see the couple’s daughter at the wedding tomorrow, with one saying: “Can’t wait to see Teddy in her bridesmaid dress. She will steal the wedding.”

Tomorrow afternoon, Princess Eugenie, 28, will tie the knot with her fiancé Jack, 32, at St George’s Chapel in Windsor, the same location which hosted Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding earlier this year.

Guests are expected to arrive throughout the morning, with The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra also performing.

The service is due to begin at 11am, with Princess Eugenie arriving three minutes before.

Fans across the world are eager to get the first glimpse of her wedding dress, with the royal keeping the design a secret since the couple announced their engagement in January.

In her engagement interview with the BBC, Princess Eugenie previously teased a small insight into her plans for the dress, telling Matt Baker she might choose something between a straight or “meringue”-style garment.

“No meringue shoulders though,” she said. “That’s a bit old-fashioned.

Because the nuptials will take place in a church and in front of the Queen, she is expected to wear a dress with sleeves, in line with tradition.

Bookies Ladbrokes have Erdem down the favourite to be the designer, with odds at 2/1.

Meanwhile, British brand Suzannah’s odds were recently slashed from 9/2 to 3/1 following a flurry of bets.
