A mother and daughter were killed after an 800 pound boulder fell from a moving truck and crushed their car.

Karen Christiansen, 67, and her daughter Jen, 32, suffered massive trauma after the huge rock tumbled from a commercial vehicle, bounced and collided with their Toyota Avalon.

Police told WCCO the stone hit the car with such force during the accident on Monday that it tore right through the vehicle and ripped its roof off.
