A 29 year-old English teacher has admitted sexually assaulting a 17 year-old student at her home and a hotel over a six month period.

Samantha Fitzpatrick, 29, reached a plea deal Tuesday which saw further charges of child enticement and exposing a child to harmful materials dropped.

Fitzpatrick was arrested last December after cops got a tip she was having an ‘inappropriate relationship’ with a student at Ripon High School in Ripon, Wisconsin.

That child told investigators Fitzpatrick’s victim had been boasting about how he had ‘done stuff’ with Fitzpatrick at a local Comfort Inn.

When questioned, the teacher denied having an inappropriate relationship with the boy.

But after her phone was seized, police found 67 phone calls from the boy’s phone to Fitzpatrick, as well as seven months of Facebook communications including ‘sexually graphic messages’ sent between November 2016 and May 2017, about what the pair wanted to do to each other.

According to MailOnline, another teacher at the school noticed flirtatious behavior between Fitzpatrick and her victim.

She said the boy would often sit next to his teacher’s desk during their classes, with Fitzpatrick paying him more attention than any of her other students.

After approaching Fitzpatrick about the rumors, the teacher is said to have laughed and responded: ‘I could see how they would say this.’

After being questioned by police, the boy denied he had been abused, with the messages discovered by police proving otherwise.

They are also said to have included proclamations of love made by Fitzpatrick – as well demands for explicit photos of the child.

Fitzpatrick resigned from her job at the end of the 2017 school year, and was arrested by police last December.

A sentencing date has not been set – but she faces up to six years in prison, and a $10,000 fine.
